Process · medium — a ticket that ends in a refund
The case. The one from the current version's advanced example, with what it lacked: order, approval, provenance of values, bounded autonomy, automatic opening.
What the example shows. Reads that leave a trace and open the next tasks;
a method chosen by rule (refund if the invoice is paid, credit note otherwise); an
approval above €50; an amount and a recipient the model cannot set; a
fraud policy; a security class; named policies (plafond-facture,
validation-manager) that appear as they are in the registry; a budget per agent; a unique key per invoice; an
agent allowed to submit small amounts on its own; a Teams inbox for the manager — distinct
from the Teams and Slack portals where the station's agent talks to the support teams. On the
events side: the ticket arrives through a declared, signed webhook, and the completed refund is
published as a fact, refund.completed, which the CRM receives.
# Process · medium — CIBLE. Ticket → refund, as ADR-030 runs it.
# Reads that leave a trace, an order enforced at select, a choice of method by rule, an approval
# before reservation above 50 €, an amount the model cannot invent, a recipient it cannot change,
# a smart fraud policy that only asks for a human, an agent allowed to submit small refunds.
# Events: the ticket arrives as a declared, signed webhook; the finished refund is published as a
# business fact (`refund.completed`) that the CRM receives — a delivery (outbound), not an action.

What happens
| what happens | who decides | result |
|---|---|---|
the zendesk.ticket.created webhook arrives, tagged billing | signature and identifier verified; deterministic automation | ticket-refund opens in the ticket's room, for the support agent |
| Zendesk replays the same webhook | id | ignored: no second journey |
read-ticket | the ticket task opens | read; trace "Ticket #4182 · Awa D." |
| "refund €120" before the invoice | the order | refused: "invoice not verified" |
check-invoice | read: paid, €120 | the remboursement method applies |
| refund of €120 | amount ≤ max_amount, checkRefundPolicy, fraud 0.32, budget | then approval (> €50): pending in Teams |
| the manager approves | the action has not changed since | reserved |
| the reply is directed to another address | recipient: set_by: [read, identity]; injection 0.95 | refused (security class) |
| submit at €120 | submitted_by: the agent rule does not hold (> 50) | the manager submits; then createRefund, then sendReply |
| a second ticket for the same invoice | unique | refused: already reserved elsewhere |
| a refund of €30, autonomous agent | submitted_by: agent rule | the agent submits; the receipt says under which rule |
| the model is unavailable | fraude.on_unavailable: needs-human | everything goes through the manager: slower, never less safe |
| the manager has not answered in 2 h | relancer-approbation, on approval.requested | reminded, before the inbox escalation at 4 h |
| the playbook is finalised | events.emits | refund.completed is emitted, without the customer's email; the CRM receives it, signed |
| the CRM does not respond | events.outbound | retries, then delivery.failed in the console. The refund is not cancelled. |
Key points
- Approval happens at choice, before reservation, on the final action. The submit executes.
- Notifying the CRM is a delivery, not an action: nothing changes on its side without it.
- The
refundskill names no task: the playbook gives it the invoice. It can serve in another journey.
